We're hiring an internal Recruiter to support our Beloit, WI branch. This is a full-time position in the office.
Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pmCompetitive salary, plus commission.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Receive job orders and post them into the applicant tracking system- Review resumes upon receipt and reach out to candidates- Conduction in-person and phone interviews to determine if a candidate will be a good fit for a role- Travel to client locations, local events, and local offices.- Asses job duties, and responsibilities, to determine was skills are needed to be successful in the role.- Answer phone lines and respond to email inquiries. - Respond to workplace injuries/incidents- Communicate directly with clients and internal staff- Issue corrective action and terminations to employees- Assist candidates with the onboarding process- Other duties as assigned by management- Spanish Bilingual is preferred.
