Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Construction Segment Manager for Construction Equipment Company located in Moline, IL, you will... Lead construction industry insight generation including industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within site development and underground earthmoving segments. Lead discovery efforts to iterate on solutions to maximize jobsite outcomes. Develop and maintain site development and underground economic models for target segments. Develop measurable job outcome calculators to ensure Deere solutions are driving value into our customers’ businesses. Analyze and develop business cases for jobsite opportunities together with the respective product line teams. Manage a prioritized portfolio of products and solutions that drive production system-based value across product families. Visa Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

What Skills You Need 5 or more years of experience working in the construction industry5 or more years spending significant time on construction jobsites and with construction customersAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%What Makes You Stand Out 3 or more years of construction jobsite management experienceExperience in surveying, construction technology, bidding and/or estimatingEducation Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
