Job Duties
Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort unitsWork from blue prints and verbal instructions from SupervisorPerform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools.
Qualifications
Must be willing to work in a production environment with consistent work on your feetMust provide your own steel toed shoes (other PPE provided by JCI)Perform physical work including standing, bending, or lifting 50 pounds or moreWhile some experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, this role is 100% entry-level with on-the-job training
This role is for 1st Shift (7am to 3pm) with some mandatory OT required either after the shift or on the weekends.
