SUMMARYPosts open positions via the company website and external job boardsSources for a variety of roles using different resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal applicant tracking system, Indeed, and referralsDevelop pipeline of candidates for future considerationReview candidate resumes, prescreen candidates, and present qualified candidate resumes to hiring manager for reviewWork closely with hiring managers on candidate review processSchedules and conducts interviews with candidates and hiring teamCollaborates with human resources to determine offer detailsPrepare offer information, extend offers of employment, and assists with onboarding processCollaborates with hiring managers to confirm candidate start details
QUALIFICATIONS5+ years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiterManufacturing and technical recruiting experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skills
