Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist to join their team in West Nyack, New York! The selected candidate will work with construction and Landlords to address site issues.
Duties:Coordinate access to cell sites for various teams including Operations and Construction and maintain the database including the latest Access and Landlord contact informationFind innovative solutions for the more difficult site access issuesEnter required information into HQ databases and maintain the Property Management trackerResearch and resolve utility billing issuesMaintain open line of communication with utility providersPSEG to quickly identify and resolve issuesAudit utility billing to identify discrepancies
Desired Skills/Experience:Flexible and able to prioritize with proven ability to multi-task large workload including the ability to manage high volume calls, emails, and texts with varying levels of urgencyDiligent follow up and project management skillsExperience in the wireless industry including working with A&E firms, contractors, permit expeditors, etc. Ability to read and interpret lease exhibits/drawings with keen attention to detailWorking knowledge of real estate leases, amendments, easements, ROWs, etc. Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenOrganized and process focusedStrategic thinker and planner, who can anticipate problems in order to successfully navigate around themStrong troubleshooting and research skillsCollaborative, team playerAdeptness with Google Suite, Microsoft office softwareOperates with professionalism and integrity
