Role Description As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of our new ERP system. Working closely with our IT and business operations teams, you will help customize and integrate the ERP system to meet our specific business needs, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality across different departments. This is a hybrid role located in Fort Smith, AR, with flexibility for some remote work.
This role will assist with the implementation and customization of the ERP system.- Analyze business processes and data to recommend improvements and optimizations.- Create and update documentation related to the ERP system processes and user training.- Collaborate with team members to ensure the ERP system aligns with business goals.- Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of the ERP system before and after go-live.- Provide support and training to end-users during and after the deployment of the system.
Qualifications - Currently in your junior or senior year of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with ERP systems or a keen interest in learning about business software solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
