Azure Migration Engineer
9+ month contract with chance to extend
Remote - Midwest HQ
$45.00/hour + DOQ
Our client is looking for a 9-12+ month consultant to join their Service Delivery team on a customer project. This Azure Cloud Migration Engineer must have recent and relevant proven experience migrating on-prem to Azure infrastructure.
Proven Microsoft Azure cloud engineering experience Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304) are strongly preferred. Expertise in Azure servicesAzure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions. Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep. Scripting PowerShell, Python, C#, etc. Docker and Kubernetes. Demonstrated experience in migrating workloads to Azure, including both lift-and-shift and app modernization initiatives
