📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Korn Ferry has been exclusively engaged on a Controller search to oversee the accounting and finance function of the US operations of a high growth, technology business that is highly acquisitive with additional strong organic growth.
The position will oversee multiple entities, with an existing team. This is both a hands-on role that will proactively identify and deliver initiatives to support the organizations rapid scaling, and a strategic leadership position that with have ownership over accounting and finance for the US businesses. There will be additional support of M&A activity, including integrations.
Ideal candidates will have a broad accounting background, who would additionally like forecasting and budgeting responsibilities, have a strong background in US GAAP and are comfortable being responsible for being current on accounting guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to be in a hands-on leadership role at an exciting and rapidly expanding technology solutions, that offers significant growth possibilities for the position.
