📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have partnered with our client in Baytown in their search for a Interim HR Manager on an interim basis. This position will work on a hybrid basis in office. ResponsibilitiesAssessing existing HR processes and policies, identifying gaps, creating a transition plan to set up the HR department for the entity. This will include but not be limited to:Employee benefitsHR compliance, policy and reporting, including an employee handbookPayrollRecruiting processes, including job descriptionsCompensation plans, including bonus and recognition programsOnboarding and overall hiring processSkills RequiredKnowledgeable about all areas of HR within an organization (Benefits, HR Compliance/policy/reporting, Payroll, Recruiting process, Compensation, Onboarding and Hiring process)Ability to review current policies/procedures and identify gaps, and establish new policies/procedures as neededEducation & Work ExperienceBachelor's degree 10+ years of progressive Human Resources related experience to a Manager/Director level
