If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role:We're seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and user-friendly web applications (portals etc.) that elevate the user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to transition our design process from Axure to Figma, leveraging your expertise in both platforms. Responsibilities:Create high-fidelity wireframes in Figma – speed and accuracy are essential. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process. Translate user needs and business goals into elegant and user-centered UI/UX solutions. Champion user experience best practices and advocate for a user-centric design philosophy. Independently develop creative solutions and think beyond the initial brief. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Proven track record of creating user-centered designs for web applications. Mastery of Figma (must have in-depth knowledge) with a strong understanding of Axure (a plus). Excellent wireframing skills – speed and attention to detail is a must. The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and independently. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. A passion for design and a commitment to user experience excellence.
