Contract- 26 WeeksShift Notes- Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) Start Date- 05/13/2024. Requirements:- H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent- 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations- Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types- *PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment*- Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements- Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus) Position Details:- Shift: 5x8 Days (7:30 am-4 pm, Mon-Fri)- Length of Assignment: 26 weeks- On-site position Job Summary:Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process pay checks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.
