📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Title: Process Quality EngineerLocation: Houston, TX 77073Duration: 0-12+ Months (Temp to perm)Shift: 1st Shift (7AM-3:30PM M-F)Pay Rate: $38.00/Hour on W2.
- Job Duties:Lead technical assessments of repair source capabilities, managing the qualification process.
- Administer eSQM system for qualification processes, adhering to timelines.
- Develop and execute annual Quality Plan in collaboration with QL.Manage eSDR and NCR systems, supporting non-conformity resolution.
- Analyze NCRs/eSDRs to propose continuous improvement plans.
- Drive quality control measures to minimize defects.
- Establish and implement standard work procedures, promoting a quality culture.
- Support Shop in implementing processes and corrective actions.
- Assist QL in maintaining QMS processes and conducting internal audits.
- Train personnel on company policies and customer requirements.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Roles.5+ years of relevant experience in a Services industry.
