Director of Pharmacy needed in Boise, ID.
LTAC with 35 beds. Team of 6 FTEs. Reports to the hospital CEO. 2 days helping on the bench and 3 days administrative. Monday thru Friday.
Will consider strong Supervisor/Charge candidates.
Salary goes to 180K plus relocation.
From CEO: "I don't necessarily need someone with management experience for this role, but I do need someone with clinical (pharmacokinetics, TPN, anticoagulation) and regulatory experience (USP 795, 797, 800 and state/federal regs). This is a good role if someone is looking to get into management and maybe move onto a hospital or health system setting in a few years".
