We have partnered with a leading Manufacturer in the appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing space. They are a global provider of reactive compensation systems serving a variety of industries including renewables, mining, oil and gas, chemical, electric generation and distribution and manufacturing.
They are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while keeping consistent with company policies and best practices. A successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and quick to respond to a myriad of in-house requests.
Responsibilities:Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, licensing agreements, teaming agreements and domestic and international commercial contracts. Respond to questions regarding contract interpretation and provide thorough analysis. Adhere to applicable laws ensuring company compliance including those related to UCC and export law.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field3+ years' experience in contract law..Experience independently drafting, negotiating and executing a variety of agreements including NDAs, , licensing agreements, teaming agreements and domestic and international commercial contracts. Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations and U.S. export laws.
