Store Associate

Lashify is an award-winning brand in the beauty industry, known for its commitment to creating exceptional and innovative products. Lashify is looking for a seasoned Retail Associate with a passion for beauty to join our team and make a lasting impact on our newly launched flagship store. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our innovative lash products, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate Lashify products and services based on individual preferences, making each customer feel exclusive, chic, and most of all - that we are happy to see them.

Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Lashify's product line, including lash extensions, adhesives, removers, and accessories. Stay updated on new product launches, features, and benefits.

Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by effectively showcasing Lashify products and explaining their unique features. Utilize upselling techniques to increase average transaction value and meet sales targets.

Appointment Coordination: Assist customers in booking lash application appointments and coordinating schedules with our lash technicians. Ensure a seamless booking process and unmatched customer experience.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and replenish products as needed. Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays to attract customers and promote sales.

Payment Processing: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets, while adhering to security and privacy standards.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic retail environment at all times. Follow proper sanitation protocols for lash products, tools, and workstations to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Promotions and Events: Assist in implementing promotional activities, sales campaigns, and special events to drive customer engagement and boost sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Education and Training: Stay updated on industry trends, lash care techniques, and product innovations. Attend training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Knowledge of Lashify extensions, beauty products, and application techniques is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
