📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Act as liaison between the architectural team including designers and all consultants to coordinate information.
- Assist Associate team members as needed and offer solutions to rectify architectural problems that arise.
- Review, resolve and respond to code issues and interpretations affecting architectural designs.
- Preliminary organization of architectural drawing set in association with confirmed scope and budget.
- Attend and observe client meetings and prepare and distribute minutes.
- Review all Architectural work and coordinate with consultants (with the assistance of the Project Manager).
- Prepare, control and manage the deliverables of the project for final review by the Project Manager.
- Manage and maintain project files.
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of production process and standards in cooperation with BIM manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus 3 years of experience in an Architectural occupation.
