Responsibilities of this hybrid Billing Analyst job include:Correspond and follow-up daily with customers regarding billing questionsHandle inbound calls/emails and resolve customer inquiriesReview and address exception reports dailyProvide a high level of customer serviceAbility to work independently and be flexible and able to adapt to changeAnalytical with information files
Minimum requirements:Bachelor’s degree required2+ years of work experience in a corporate settingProficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs) and OutlookPrior experience with any large ERP experience is helpful but NetSuite is preferredEthical, accountable, and strong communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
