📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is actively seeking a Legal Secretary for their Bridgewater, NJ office. This full time, direct hire position is currently in office five days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic office and administrative duties, including typing and word processing, filing, calendaring, digital dictation, file and document management, scheduling client meetings. Prepare, proofread and edit memos, legal documents and general correspondence. Open new matters, including conducting conflict searches; billing; timekeeping. Filing on JEDSE-court Filings
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years of experience with Family Law, preferred, but will consider experience in other areasStrong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and very organized.
Salary: 50-65k, dependent on experience
