LHH has partnered with a company around Renton, WA in search of a Service Manager. This person must have experience in leadership, customer service and be able to take charge as any day to day issues arise.
What you will do: Day to day interactions with the team and customers. Solving any issues that may arise and coming up with a solution to fix those issues. Working with dispatch if there are any conflicts in scheduling. Working with current customers and clients to maintain positive relationships. New business development. Overseeing all of operations for the service department. Leading teams across various departments.
What you need: Experience in leading and training a team. Union experience is a plus. Customer service/account management experience. Experience overseeing projects. The ability to problem solve quickly.
Other: Fully onsite$150k-$180k Benefits includedBonus potential
