Must be licensed to practice in Nevada Your role

• Litigation management: drafting, reviewing, and executing legal strategies for all stages of litigation, including discovery.
• Oversight and direction of arbitration and/or trial proceedings and settlements.
• Contracts management: negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts of varying complexity.
• Ensure provisions and non-negotiable elements are in alignment with company strategy.
• Review all subpoenas received, craft responses, and support paralegal team members in crafting responses as appropriate.
• Prepare demand letters and follow through to collections.
• Facilitate filings of licensing forms and other statutory requirements.
• Communicate with outside counsel as required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise needed for the role

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. MUST be licensed to practice in Nevada; multistate experience desirable.3+ years of related law firm and/or corporate legal department experience in commercial or healthcare law. Capable of autonomously managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical terms into straightforward insights. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
