Project Controls Manager

The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients Assist in preparing client project funding documents Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control such as managing cash flows and capital plans for commercial projects Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

Salary range for this position is between $125,000 to $135,000, but actual salary offered will be dependent upon education, skills, and experience
