Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Corporate Attorney or highly skilled Paralegal who specializes in creating and reviewing corporate agreements. As a Corporate Attorney or Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of corporate agreements, including but not limited to, partnership agreements, master service agreements, scope of work, non-disclosure, non-compete contracts, consulting agreements and employment contracts. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in corporate law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role.
