Data Center Project Executive

LVI are seeking a Data Center Project Executive with extensive experience in ground-up construction projects within the United States.

The PX will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects across the US from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management within previous data center or mission critical projects of value above $100M+, a background at reputable companies, including general contractors, and possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.

Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, client management, budgeting, operations management, client management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 20 years of experience in ground-up construction projects, with a focus on data center construction. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Extensive experience working with reputable companies, including general contractors, in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
