The opportunity to work within an established MEP firm which employs state-of-the-art technologies, alongside robust engineering methodologies to craft building designs that reshaped skylines, revolutionized healthcare, and propelled them toward a sustainable, low-carbon future.
Responsibilities: Lead Engineering project manager for MEP design teams focused on data center design projects for both New/Greenfield sites as well as expansion/retrofit of existing facilities. Provide technical requirements of HVAC systems to our corresponding plumbing, electrical and fire protection design teams. Develop and advance existing office design standards specific to the Data Center and Mission Critical marketplaces with minimal supervision. Work to develop cross-discipline technical solutions
Requirements:10 years of experience facility design and construction environments. Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of data center HVAC, standby generation and associated fuel oil systems. Experience with Revit Professional Engineering (PE) license, preferred. 15 years of work experience in large-scale facilities and their electrical/mechanical infrastructure.
