Real Estate Litigation Associate - NYC
Our client, a mid-size real estate firm in New York City, is seeking a real estate litigation associate.
Qualified attorneys will have 7+ years of real estate litigation experience including some experience in the following areas:Representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant mattersConstruction litigationRepresenting landlords, developers, boards of directors and managers of cooperatives and condominiumsHandling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents
The salary range for this position is between $235,000 - $250,000, and may vary depending on a range of factors.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience handling sophisticated real estate matters is requiredKnowledge of New York City and State Court practice and procedureExcellent communication, writing and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, team environmentJD from an accredited law school is requiredNY State bar admission required
