SECURITY MANAGER

Matrix Research, Inc. is currently seeking a full time, onsite Security Manager for our growing business in the Beavercreek, Ohio area.

HOW WILL THIS POSITION CONTRIBUTE?

Mission: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Matrix security staff, engineers, and government customers. Managing and enforcing DoD security programs and requirements for various program types and levels of classification.

WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?

Required

Provide day-to-day security management, oversight and implementation for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Facility as a Contractor Special Security Offices (CSSO) along with experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in accordance with DoDM 5105.21 volumes 1-3. Experience in all security disciplines with the ability to integrate requirements into a successful security program - Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and/or Operational. Working knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and Intelligence Community Directives. Working knowledge of Security databases including DISS, NISS, e-QUIP, SWFT.Knowledge of Closed Area Standards and ICD 705Generate and implement security plans for secure areas (SOP, OPESEC, etc)Knowledge in construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies. Develop and administer security education training for SCI.Review and track DD254s and generate subcontractor DD254s as needed. Initiate and manage personnel clearance lifecycleResponsible for the successful preparation and completion of security inspections/audits by government customers. Ensure physical security of classified areas including semi-annual maintenance of alarm system(s) that meet UL2050 certification.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?

Top Secret SCI (eligibility) clearance in place with an investigation date in the last 5 years.5+ years of related Security Management work experience as a CSSO/CPSO with DoD, IC and other USG agencies
