Demonstrating excellent analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Liaising with various stakeholders to understand complex requirements. Having software development experience in an agile Java or PHP environment. Focusing on exceptional customer service and striving to improve existing systems. Additional responsibilities include:Administering and optimizing all existing cloud-based e-commerce daily operations. Ensuring a secure and reliable environment for customers and franchise partners. Implementing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring with effective automated alerting. Establishing anomaly parameters and overseeing alert response and repair. Leading recovery efforts during critical hardware or software failures. Conducting thorough root-cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. Gauging the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and suggesting improvements. Creating a fully developed disaster recovery plan and executing periodic coordinated tests. Building, maintaining, and presenting cloud architecture diagrams and documentation. Serving as the liaison and primary relationship manager with external cloud partners.
