Sr. Program Manager

Role Summary

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.

Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.

Job Requirements

Ideally, at least ten years or more of telecommunications experience and five years or more of customer facing experience. Prior experience with Mobile networks and project roll-outs is a must. At least five years of project management experience with navigation of major accounts. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Technical Domain skills in Mobile, RAN, Radio Deployments and New Technology Introduction is required. Ability to Manage Complex multi-dimensional projects. Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently and ability to balance conflicting needs of the customer and internal requirements/requests. Anticipates and proactively addresses the customer’s needs. Persuasive and influential. Able to communicate effectively to disparate audiences, working level/technical to executive level. Financial and Business acumenSelf-starter who works without daily supervisionUnderstanding of Agile development methodologyProven track record of process improvementWell versed with tools and tactics for managing different aspects of project management.
