Description:Provide practical legal advice to all levels of the businessReview and redline contracts with clients, vendors and independent contractorsCreate regular status reports regarding progress on projectsAnalyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulationsDraft contracts, such as employment contracts and non-compete agreementsDraft and review policiesAssist with data privacy compliance; become familiar with GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy laws and regulationsAssist with paperwork needed by regulatory bodiesAssist with ethics and compliance programsPerform legal researchAid in the documentation and organization of corporate practices and policiesAssist in the proper classification of workers as employee’s vs independent contractors
