Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Accurately count and label prescriptions so that patients receive the correct therapy regimenRecord drug storage conditions / excursionsQuarterly checks for expiration datesAccurate bookkeeping for daily perpetual inventoryAssist other team members as needed to ensure successProper handling of biohazard materials per OSHA guidelinesReceipt of multiple drug orders per SOP standardsPerform monthly drug inventoryAssist the distribution team in providing all required documentation and accurate information to ensure proper shipments to the patientPerform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.

Critical Requirements

Current CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification preferredRegistered technician through the NC Board of Pharmacy or achieve registration within 1 month of employmentEffective communicatorExcellent organizational and time management skillsCompetent in basic computer skillsMulti-task orientedAbility to effectively work with peopleConscientious and detail orientedFlexible and adaptable

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$15.00 - $25.00
