Job Summary:This is a management position providing overall assistance and support to the manufacturing department. Responsible for performing important management functions at a level directly under the site manager.
Operations leadership experience is a must and working in a plastic injection molding facility is a big plus. Medical manufacturing experience required.
Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:Create a team environment and ensure customer satisfaction meets desired levels through quality system compliance, resource planning, and coordination. Compliance to budget and management system requirements. Must be familiar with manufacturing operations (plastic injection molding) Responsible for keeping the site manager informed of production schedules, work force needs, production needs and demands, and employee relations status. Works with the appropriate departments to process customer complaints, product rejections, or rework parts in a manager adequate to maintain operations, and related equipment. Implement company goals with respect to managing resources (people, equipment, materials, etc.) in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong organizational and managerial skills. Plastic injection molding experience. Medical manufacturing experience. Maximo and IQMS ERP experience.
