We are a fast growing worldwide chauffeured transportation and logistics company seeking a dynamic dispatcher with great customer service skills.
ShiftMon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
ResponsibilitiesFast paced position, must be able to multi-task and shift gears quickly. A positive attitude and great work ethic is an absolute must. In this position you will be dispatching vehicles throughout the world. You will be taking reservations from clients via phone, email, text and online portals. You will be confirming data, mapping routes, tracking flights and traffic. In an industry that is 24/7/365.
QualificationsPrevious dispatch experience a big plus but willing to train the right candidate. Must haves....a positive attitude, a great sense of humor (we work hard but we like to have fun too), flexible personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer savvy, great phone etiquette and the ability to bob and weave and shift gears on a dime. We work with very high level individuals so utmost confidentiality is an absolute must.
