What does the job entail?

Performing basic mechanical and electrical improvements to both tractor and testing site. Testing machines already installed to check for performance and safety. Maintaining and managing equipment and testing site. Loading and transporting of tractors (familiar with pulling a truck and trailer)Acting as tractor safety driver. Regularly lifting 75 lbs. Traveling to customer sites (dependent on skillset 0% - 50%) Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Must possess reliable transportation capable of navigating light off-road terrain commonly found in vineyards and farm settings, ensuring timely arrival and departure for work duties.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Heavy machine operating experience (Tractor experience preferred, but not required). Experience working hands-on at field test sites. Maintaining and managing equipment and testing site. Proven written and verbal and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a team. Customer-service orientedSafety mindedKnowledge of tractor operations

More Practical Skills Needed

Agricultural-related experience. Experience managing field-sitesPassion for sustainability, innovative technologies, and agriculture. Experience with robotics and automation (experience with ROS a plus)Mechanical ability and technically savvy
