Required Skills And Experience
Proven leadership experience driving organizational change towards a service-centric operational approach. A minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, including at least 10 years in leadership positions. Extensive background in cloud-based architecture and platform engineering, with a demonstrated ability to align technical efforts with business objectives. Strategic thinking skills to shape platform strategy Strong commitment to operational excellence, prioritizing quality, agility, and performance
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the optimization and continuous improvement of their cloud-based software development and delivery architecture.
- Develop and maintain a suite of integrated platform services to support efficient software delivery.
- Drive organizational change towards a service-oriented architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies.
