Role Description This is a full-time role as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Property Management located in downtown Evanston, IL. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts payable transactions, and managing vendor relationships. You will also ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, and assist in month-end closing activities.
Qualifications Prior experience as an accounts payable specialist or in a similar roleProficiency in accounting software and MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge with Quickbooks or Appfolio is a plus
