Boutique construction law firm seeks associate with 2-5 years of experience. Position involves advising clients regarding complex disputes, including pre-litigation risk management and all elements of litigation (pleadings, motions practice, written discovery, depositions, and litigation), and potentially advising clients on transactional matters, including contract review/negotiation and internal external ownership transitions. Ideal candidate will have trial experience and/or construction experience, with passion for advocacy. Candidate must be admitted to practice in DC, with admission in MD and VA a plus.
