Cornerstone Remodeling is looking for a professional, organized, and self-motivated experienced contractor who loves residential remodeling and wants to come to work with a great team! Cornerstone Remodeling is a family-owned business that holds a high level of integrity behind our work and what we do as a company, which means we are like a family and are looking for a crew member who is like-minded. Finding a candidate who above all else is trustworthy is important to us! We value honesty, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and someone who is hard-working. Candidate must be eager to learn, cheerful, good at multi-tasking, and comfortable talking with crew members, other contractors, homeowners, etc. The contractor will contribute to the success of the company by assisting with all aspects of projects. Candidate will also use their skills to complete tasks with top-notch craftmanship and precision. Candidate must be adaptable and respectful of our clients as we work within the homes of our customers. At Cornerstone Remodeling, we take leaving our clients’ homes clean very seriously and making sure their experience with us is enjoyable and exceeds their expectations.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of residential contracting experience is required. Proficient in framing, drywall, and carpentry, (electrical and plumbing are a plus, but not required). Ease with computers and our software system used to track time and project details. Must have a great sense of numbers, math, and spatial awareness as it relates to building and construction. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and is eager to learn and grow with the company. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Great communication and people skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:Show up in a timely manner to shop and/or job site ready to work with a positive attitude. Assisting project managers with all tasks assigned as it relates to the current project. Candidate will be expected to further their skills and knowledge in areas of products and technical processes. Other duties as assigned. Salary: To be discussed in the interview and is based on experience.
