📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and accounting personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts and day-to-day office operations. ResponsibilitiesGeneral ledger and accounting A/P, A/R Payroll – PaychexMaintain internal books and finances. Prepare and analyze financial transactions (Month end, bank reconciliation, G/L, P/L statements)Act as the point of contact for Banks, CPA, Insurance, and other business-related agenciesLeading an office team of 3-4 individuals in handling the day-to-day office operations. (Accounting and H/R)Working with engineers and project managers to assist with financial tracking of projects and invoicing
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)Quickbooks ExperienceStrong written, verbal and collaboration skills
