JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be performing Front Desk receptionist duties, providing support to our customers, resolving customer concerns, providing a positive and top-quality customer experience as well as performing general office duties.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required. Six months related experience preferred. Computer skills required. This is a full-time contractual position that depends on available funding each fiscal year. Limited benefits are available. The selected candidate is required to successfully complete a probationary period of 180 days.
