📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Commercial Lines Insurance Agency- Licensed in property and casualty insurance or must be able to obtain a license within 90 days of employment. *Clean background check and drug testing required*- Ability to work independently and with in team based environment- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality- Motivated- Sales experience in insurance is preferred but not required- Training/coaching provided- No weekends- In office position ONLY.- Compensation: 60k-85k+ Per Year (This includes base pay plus expected commission earnings)- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm- Medical/dental/vision benefits after 90 daysJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSupplemental pay types:Commission payWeekly day range:Monday to FridayWork setting:In-personOfficeApplication Question(s):What are your long term goals? 3 years? 5 years?What do you like about Insurance?Experience:Sales: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
