We are looking for a dynamic International Finance Controller who is ready to take their career to the next level, with potential advancement opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in managing our corporate accounting function and driving financial excellence across our global operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee corporate accounting, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards. Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, managing the monthly and annual closing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with contractual terms. Provide strategic direction to regional accounting teams, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications:A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in multinational and multicurrency organizations. Expertise in both US GAAP and IFRS, with experience in financial reporting for publicly traded companies. Proven track record of maintaining a robust internal accounting control environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, with CPA or similar credentials preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics/D365 or similar financial systems is advantageous.
