Paralegal/Legal Secretary - Full-time / Part-time/ Hybrid
Our law firm is currently searching for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join our Rochester location. This exciting position supports both Senior and Associate Level Attorneys. The successful candidate must possess exceptional skills, including communication, administration and organization. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Professionalism, maturity and flexibility are a must. The ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude is of equal importance to our environment. Area of Experience: Litigation, Personal Injury, and/or Labor and Employment Law desired. Minimum of 3 years’ experience required. Strong proofreading and typing skills. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
