Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Licensed Massage Therapist at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago, IL. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to hotel guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting consultations with clients, performing various massage techniques, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spa area, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
QualificationsValid state Massage Therapist LicenseMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa settingProficiency in various massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and PrenatalExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing and comfortable environment for guestsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow specific protocols and treatment plansFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
