What You’ll Do:Lead with Expertise: Use your hands-on leadership experience to provide technical support and troubleshooting skills, enhancing the daily operations at our site. Technical Mastery: With a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, you will oversee and guide your team to enhance production operations focusing on safety, quality, reliability, cost-efficiency, and effectiveness. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team on capital projects and process optimizations, ensuring our site remains at the cutting edge of operational excellence. KPI Mastery: You will be instrumental in meeting the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the Maintenance department. Inventory and Program Management: Manage equipment, parts inventory, and oversee the PM, OEE, TEE, and TPM programs. Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve all maintenance-related standard operating procedures, both predictive and preventative. Leadership Development: Lead and assess the performance of your direct reports, focusing on job requirements and performance goals to nurture future leaders within the team.
