📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Qualifications• Candidates must be willing to work on a fee-for-service basis and be open to working mostly afternoon and evening hours• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy/Education (MHC, MSW, MFT)• Ability to complete clinically and grammatically correct documentation• Practical experience with therapeutic models including play therapy, solution focused, and CBTResponsibilities• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions with client/family• Maintain a minimum caseload of five clients• Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, FARS/CFARS, and discharge summaries following Medicaid standards• Complete monthly ChildNet reports• Prepare court reports as needed• Attend a minimum of monthly supervision with the MAHCS Clinical Supervisor• Communicate effectively with case managers, referrals sources, and the MAHCS team
