Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Nurse Practitioner at Gwee’s integrated health services. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications. This role is located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications Master's degree in NursingValid Nurse Practitioner licenseExcellent clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in primary careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in a primary care or family practice setting is preferredKnowledge of electronic medical records systemsCurrent certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Understanding of and commitment to patient-centered care "
