The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking as they will be supporting agency staff to maximize new business sales and customer retention efforts. ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business prospects and sell new business policies to meet individual and agency annual performance goals. Actively market financial and insurance services to identify new customer prospects. Perform Farmers Friendly Review appointments to ensure policies provide adequate coverages. Initiate a cross-sell conversation in every client interaction.
Qualifications - Education - Competencies and SkillsCalifornia Property & Casualty and Life Licenses, required. High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
