Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager/Estimator at N & S Waterproofing, LLC. located in Nashville, TN. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager/Estimator will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of construction regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldExperience working on waterproofing projects is preferred
