Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with Pirozzi & Morgan Insurance Company located in North Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Proven track record of success in sales or a related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsKnowledge of insurance products and industry regulationsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteHighly motivated and target-drivenBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredInsurance license or willingness to obtain one
