Seeking Festival Assistant
Are you passionate about the arts and jazz? Do you have a knack for organization and creativity? We're looking for an enthusiastic assistant to help finalize the details for our upcoming Arts & Jazz Festival on May 19th!
Responsibilities: - Conduct research on potential vendors, artists, and models- Correspond with vendors, artists, and models to finalize arrangements- Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance the festival experience- Assist with logistical planning and coordination - Help promote the festival through various channels
Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Detail-oriented and organized- Creativity and willingness to brainstorm new ideas- Availability leading up to and during the festival on May 19th
